Refunds

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will provide a refund for that item.

Exchanges

Blossoms does not offer exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We may request photographs or other information to confirm the damage.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Out-of-Stock Items

Delivery

We will process orders using the delivery information provided at checkout. Blossoms is not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
